Clause 2. Make three greetings cards using
a different technique for each, e.g. pressed flowers, quilling, rubber stamps,
decoupage etc. These should be of a standard you would not be embarrassed
to send!
Pre-cut "window" cards; image outlined on acetate sheet and filled in with glass paints; card decorated with self-adhesive gold stars and lettering. |
Card with snowflake "cut-outs" superimposed over photo of Paull lighthouse - all printed out on computer, as was the lettering. Mounted on coloured card with white paper insert with greeting. This is one of a number of cards I have made along these lines as a fund-raiser for my unit - so far (November) I have raised £44 with them. |
This card was made at one of the craft sessions at the Intr@net international camp, using pre-printed "teabag squares" folded individually and mounted on coloured card, with self-adhesive lettering and a white paper insert; the antennae are actually stamens from silk flowers. I found this very fiddly to do and was well pleased with the final result. |
